okay I put a few eggs in (fertility test eggs) and did not even pay attention to the fact they were due christmas until I found this thread. I just candled and have good veining in a serama egg and 2 Jersey Giants.

i think i have 3 of my green eggs developing... and maybe 2 or 3 of the ones i got from floridamama.... and of course.. murphy says the turken is developing... lol... darn freaky bird....

Oh boy, it's about 11:30 pm here, just have to turn the eggs for the last time tonight & it's off to bed. Maybe some of you have noticed like me that I get less sleep when incubating. Still 7 eggs look good out of the original 10 shipped & due Dec 24th. Best wishes to all, it's almost Christmas!

I had to get ride of two of the sussex eggs which were clear. so now I am down to ten sussex, two store bought and ( runs to the bator to check ) twenty-six guinea fowl eggs.
We go into lockdown in three days and I think that they are going to hatch a little early cause when I candle them thay seem just a bit too big but this is my first time ( first time sucsesfully that has lasted more than a week, this is acually my third try ) so I wouldn't really know. I have everything ready for lockdown, I have decided to put them in egg cartons in a conainer to hatch so they don't get the bator messy as I have a staggerd hatch, so I have the container ready, complete with the paper towels. I will try to get a picture so you can all see how insane I am
