Can someone help me know what colors to call these birds? I see all the official names like Partridge and Wheaten but don’t know how they apply to my own birds, as there seems to be some gradient to every official coloration. A learning link would be appreciated along with labels for these birds.
Note: I’m battling sticktight fleas and scaly leg mites, I do realize my flock isn’t looking their best.

I only know some of them.

The third picture, the bird in the center front looks Splash.

Fourth picture is Blue.

Fifth picture is a Splash Laced Red. (They happen when people breed Blue Laced Reds together-- some chicks have black lacing, some have blue lacing, some have splash lacing, but they all have the red in the middle of each feather, with just the lacing around the outer edge changing colors.)

It looks like you have several Easter Eggers. Many EEs can be colors for which there is no official name.

But yes, it can be hard to match color names to the actual chickens you have :)

A given color can have different names in one country or another, and even in one breed or another within the same country. (For example, a "Light" Brahma and a "Columbian" Wyandotte are the same color & pattern as each other, but called by different names in the different breeds.)

I don't know of a page that specifically discusses how the colors are named and how to recognize them.

Sometimes it helps to look at hatchery websites, to see what they call the various colors/breeds, and what the pictures look like. McMurray and Cackle are two hatcheries I find useful for this.

There are also lots of chicken pictures on feathersite, with their colors labeled.

This page has a list of chicken breeds, with links to a page of pictures for each one.

An example page from that site:

This one has lots of Wyandottes, including a few Splash Laced Reds.
