Thanks everyone for all the nice help and advice.

I'm Tamlynn, married mom to two. I started homeschooling this year and also brought home some baby chicks to my 50'x100' lot. All-around trouble maker, I guess.

We are down to one OEGB (I just learned that abbreviation!) but hope to build our little flock up to 3 bantys.

We've lived in Los Angeles' South Bay area for 3 1/2 years. Before that we lived in Phoenix, AZ and Cherry Hill, NJ.

I grew up in rural UT, and my parents still live there with all their animals and several acres. We like to spend summers at the farm.

I have a BA in art and enjoy gardening and sewing and recently learned to SCUBA dive to make my dh happy. It still scares me.

I'm excited for all the great info on this board.
