not initiated.. although i subscribe to more of a native american beliefs combining Celtic views.

Interview went well. They sorta hinted that the guy they hired last night may get bumped because I'm more qualified.... Not for sure tho... but hoping to hear from them by tommorow or monday. I killed the interview, and subtly used my male charms on the lovely lady running the temp service. Had a cup of coffee together and joked about how I am going to be working on my tan afterwords (raining cats n dogs...)

just curious if anyone here does belly dancing as a way to loose weight or work on body strength? or if you use it in part of your rituals? i don't think it would get much of a warm reception if i posted this as it's own thread and i feel like there is someone on here that may practice it. i'm just curious how well it has worked for you.

well, I consecrated my tools, water, salt, chalk, insense, and basically did a spell about 1am...... It was a first shot for me, as I've never done one before and I did it solo...


Saddina, I should have called ya tues, but I've also read that it's never a good idea to do magick until you've studied a bit longer than I have.

We use dancing, and I can belly dance (and fire dance, breathe fire, and juggle knives, sort of a one woman side-show). If you don't have sublime abs when you begin you will when you end. I'd start with a dvd on polyneisian hula and see how your body does. Check out the local Y or parks & recs sometimes they'll have intro courses.​

I would not have judged you. Next time shower, you're supposed to be clean too. In the grand scheme of the cosmos, asking for job-hunting luck isn't a large foul, and a better place to start then some of those silly 101 love spells book.

I know but if that dude looses his job because I'm better at it than he is........ well....... is it my hoodo/mojo or is it a karmic debt to pay off at a later date

I mean this with all respect. You're not that important to the cosmos, for it to utterly realign for you. (If it makes you feel better, neither am I). You did not wish for "bob to loose his job so I can steal it" you asked "look man, I need a job to feed my family". Asking one way would be wrong, asking the other is reasonable. People often loose jobs because someone an inch better shows up, I don't think that's the fault for the second guy. Don't get me wrong, you screw up pleanty, but this one's not.

I know, but my misdeeds far outweigh what my attempts to balance the scales have been. Still working on that... But I mean, I told you about the weird dreams I've been having for close to a week running.. weirdness. I've never been a merc, been tempted, but never done it. Only way I'd work for an operation like blackwater or another PMC is a support role in IT or coms or something.
