I had onion, bell pepper and a serrano and garlic in the pressure cooker too.
While in the pot with the onions and tomatoes I added cumin and some tomato salt powder stuff. Just a dash of each.

I do the same thing and later when Im looking for something I cant remember half of the stuff in my cart, much less the Saved for Later

Same!!! Especially sautéed and sweetened a bit
