Yup! And you can free roam them too! It's way better than a small cage. All you have to do is bunny proof and litter train them.
Best to get one from a rescue. They're already fixed and sometimes litter trained.
They're a big commitment. They can live to be about 12 years, sometimes older.
They need unlimited fresh hay daily and fresh veggies.

My dog would use it as a play toy...I think.

Yes, he is occasionally naughty and does a poop right next to the box instead of inside it, but it is easy to clean up. And he never pees on the floor.

Sometimes a bigger litter box helps, but coco puffs are bound to fall outside of it too lol
