Then as things float to the surface of you conscious awareness then, too you will add it to the notebook. This is not an every day type thing ... It's an "as you think of it" thing in prep for next doc. Zoom/email/ visit.....Trouble is it’s hard to tell what’s actual symptoms and what’s just me overeating and not moving and my body being used to that. And also while I do definitely have a problem with overeating and need to work on it, I am also just a lot bigger (not even weight, just height and frame wise) than most people and need more food in general, like a Great Dane wouldn’t eat the same as a fakerI get really sick and weak if I don’t eat enough or often enough. But I do need to focus on eating actual meals instead of snacks and ice cream
Ive actually been better about the ice cream lately. I think if I just ate a few normal meals, it’d be way better. I actually did just eat brunch and it was delicious and much more my speed
ham, spinach, and cheese omelette with a couple pieces of toast. No pics cause I messed the omelette up and broke it (every time I try to do it the “right” way, this happens
) but was still delicious. Used Colby Jack cheese in it this time.
I haven’t had an omelette in a while so I figured I would instead of fried eggs! And hopefully this will keep me full all day.

Me too. Sweaty, and twitchy. I'm twitchy enough without any help from caffeine.I can't drink caffeine...it makes me jittery and I hate that feeling.

You are doing really good. Why? You are aware and you care. However, dont worry so much. Stress and anxiety exacerbate things.
