Just now sitting down to eat....
Tilapia on right is a teriyaki sauce.
Brussels are lightly sprinkled with cayenne.
Tilapia on left is a balsamic vinegarette.
Tortillas are the Kroger Brand with the "kick of lime" added and used for the hummus with saracha & peppers.

The bottle, a mixed up blend:
Turmeric powder
Ginger powder
1/3 dose of Gatorade powder for 32oz
1/4 cranberry juice
1/4 "Bai" coconut water
(Edit : forgot the green is from spirulina too)

Once mixed, split in 1/2 for both 32 oz bottles & filled with water.
