For Christmas I make what my mom called cocoons some call them Italian wedding cookies. That and my potato salad is my offering for dinner

I make Fudge! It’s pretty simple, and always tastes great. I also have a new found love for Pecan Pie, and I plan on making some this year

Ground lamb, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, fresh ground pepper. Make patty add onion slivers while browning lamb...makes its own oil to brown the onions.


You can use shaved Parmesan, Gouda cheese or bleu cheese crumbles.
Definitely not cheddar, Colby, Velvetta or American!

That sounds amazing!!! Although I must say cheddar and Colby Jack (not sure if the same as Colby?) have been some of my favorites lately. got some for my grilled cheeses haha have a few different kinds of cheddar. Been using the Vermont Sharp White a lot although I don’t really like that one American used to be my favorite but not now compared to the other more flavorful ones. I like provolone and mozzarella too. And I like Parmesan on Italian food only I think I have tried Gouda before but can’t remember my thoughts. I think I liked it. Hate blue cheese though. yesterday I used Vermont white cheddar, Colby Jack, and American on my grilled cheese though this American is real thin slices so it was mostly the Vermont white cheddar which are thick ones
