Hm understandable! To be fair I think I’ve only seen a couple of times. I like Home Alone better. But I did like it, I think. Idk. It’s played soooooo often now that it’s kinda old

My grandmother’s recipe for pecan crisps....tiny bites of buttery nutty sweetness. Make these every year. Easy to make the dough and roll between sheets of wax paper and freeze. Cut in 1/2 squares to bake...or you can roll a 1/2 inch stick and slice.

I, like cousin Bob, have seen commercials, quotes, and snippets here and there. That was enough to convince me that I have no interest in seeing the full film. There are plenty of shows and movies that I chose to skip based on genre, actors, description etc. That is not at all the same as saying “I hate seafood” when all you have tried is salmon.

Chinese food is traditional on Christmas! at least around here. Or maybe it’s New Years. Idk. Maybe both? We usually do ham I think. I did read though and it is apparently very popular for Christmas too. Is he Jewish? Cause I also read that it is apparently a very common Jewish tradition too ?? Don’t know.

And some people are just picky and/or know what they like or can handle and don’t want to experiment.

It is a tradition for a lot of people and I’m fine with it Christmas Day but on Christmas Eve I would like to make a more traditional meal. According to him you cant do both He’s a weirdo. Also, it’s not very special because we eat Chinese every week. Like I said in my other post, there are lots of reasons why this is a disagreement, but honestly doesn't really have to be.

I was forced to as a kid. I was horrified! Especially with the mom thinking it’s cute for the kid to act and eat like a pig and then Santa kicks the other one down the slide, etc. etc.
