I doubt it's "purebred" considering red and blue nose isn't even a real thing and that "rehoming fee" is definitely SELLING.

However, he does actually look like he could be pure APBT which is good.

But if so, I'm sure the breeder says to return him if you can't keep him? Not resell him? Unless they are the breeder? Which isn't allowed lol
