Probably a scam for sure!
Just look at the location map. Doesn't look like chickens would even be allowed there.

At best, it's probably someone selling off extra chicks from their hatchery order, plus a little profit. Many suburbs allow hens but no roosters. ( .... BUT It's obvious they don't breed chickens ) I'd be a little upset if expecting a "hen" and received a chick or rooster, though.
