Oh Craigslist, You Amuse Me So!

I dyed my showgirl once, she she was in a Fort Knox pen and was kept safe.
Do you have pics? How long did the color last? I think they'd look cool, but the idea of getting dye/ food coloring / chalk (or whatever substance) all over the place prevents me from trying. I have enough problems staying clean when coloring Easter eggs - and they don't move. I'd hate to see what I would look like after playing with permanent dyes. I'll have to experience it via pics from others.

The tossing & coloring of baby chicks looks traumatic. I'm sure a loving chicken owner would simply brush or massage the color into the feathers.

I'm not sure how I feel about dying silkies. I know it doesn't hurt them, but I'm sure they probably don't enjoy it. Also would make them really stand out to predators.

I wasn't even sure it was still legal... I figured PETA or some animal rights group would have found this post and showed up on her doorstep with a crowd of pitchfork wielding treehuggers... :p

Ok, and I'll admit, I used koolaid once on my dog... Lol I was fairly certain it was harmless and it washed out fairly quick, but I don't think I would have used actual dye...

I have four lovely chickens looking for a new home. 1 is a blue silkie rooster. I have a silkie hen, Rhode Island Red, and a Plymouth Rock. They are very low maintence pets. Their coop is also included in the package

Yikes!!! Ha-ha, it would be easier to just go buy a My Little Pony! But hey, I know where to get more koolaid, maybe I could go into business lol :D

X2 lol

All I did on my dog was they tip of her tail; I don't think I would have ever lived through all the ridicule if I did THAT! ;)
