I see it as a new purpose in some cases, not completely cruel. But not all end up like, some people make retirement sanctuaries for the race horses. I'm a neutral person.

That's fine. I understand some people do eat it. Horses have sustained people for thousands of years before domestication. But unlike the ones ending up in these few remaining facilities here which as I understood had poor track records of welfare, they are not wild. And the those that are such as Mustangs that aren't shot when culled go from being wild to confined for slaughter.

It's not the act of eating meat itself, it's the process.
