WTH is right! Either that person is clearly off their rocker, or someone's having a good laugh. Maybe it's the NBC show "What would you do?" baiting people!

Would you RENT your farm animals out?

I have seen rare showbreeds go for that kind of money. But just "rooster"! Hmmm...do you think they just forgot their decimal point?

I responded to an ad last night on alpacas, the guy sends me an email and says his emails to me keep getting returned. How would I be able to read his email, then?

I'm not going to follow through on that one!

Oooh... I found one yesterday (and YES I wrote this woman back in fact).

She was looking to rent a farm with a certain # of horses and cows within view of a pond for an afternoon in August. She wanted a country farm wedding to renew her vows with he husband. She a lot of demands what what she thought should be on a farm. Very amusing! She said because the farm people didn't have to do anything for her or the guests, she's only going to pay between $200-$300.

But some friends of mine with a farm in town might allow something like that... they need the money, so I sent her to the email address to my friend's farm & their LocalHarvest listing.

I also offered up some great homemade country jams in bulk as wedding gifts!

Last year I put an ad up for two of my roosters. I put all sorts of info on them like breed, temperament and age. I got a response asking how much the furniture was. When I replied that I was selling chickens, not furniture, I got a response asking where to send the movers.
