If there is a path for waking anywhere near the road it is illegal for them to block traffic by running in the street. Many people have been ticketed for this and if your runners on gilbert rack up a few $100 fines they might start using the sidewalks and jogging trails. I had the same problem with bicyclists in my area and I only had to call the cops twice and now the bikes are where they belong and the cars are moving on down the road. Dont put up with these obnoxious pretentious XXXXXXXX use the law against them to get your street gack buddy .

AND THE ONES THAT RUN SPREAD OUT ON THE STREET...MAKE IT SINGLE FILE. THE ROAD IS PAVED FOR THE MACHINES WITH FOUR WHEELS CALLED CARS!!
