We have to deal with craigslist a lot with what we do and we are always surprised at how stupid people can be.

Examples...better half gave the measurements of an antique bookshelf...38" wide...guy drives 40 miles to buy it..his hatch is only 36" wide and he was surprised because "he thought" it would fit. He had to go all the way home...rent a truck and come back the next day...

Another example...high end mountain bike..put up at a very good price...ad is very clear to the condition..buyer gets there and says "Oh, I thought for sure you had stated the condition was much better than this so I was going to come and offer you $20 but I see that probably isn't going to work for me"

It was a $1500 bike listed for $200.
