I have a Australorp rooster.
He is a GREAT rooster to the hens, BUT he gets defensive quick AND WILL ATTACK PEOPLE you can't turn your back on him.
I'm moving, so I cant keep him, I want to find a home for him NOT A POT.

These bantams are either purebred Mille Fluer or Mille Fluer silver seabright cross (the black and white birds). All have feathered legs. They are 4 months old and free range with supplemental mash. The little hens will lay a very usable pee wee egg (I would estimate it to be about 2/3s the size of a small egg). Hens are $3.00 each and roosters are free.
I love it... "pee wee eggs."
On the other hand, it bugs me when people refer to d'Uccles as Mille Fleurs, because Mille Fleur is a color and not a breed. Heck, there are Mille Fleur Cochins for that matter!
Am I missing something? My brooders have ventilation.
Maybe the front as the ventilation? I wonder what the floor looks like.
