my hubby has been trying to sell a pickup... 75% no shows, and about a third of those were on the way over when they were apparently abducted by aliens... at least that's all we can imagine as they're 10-15 minutes away.

I list rental property, I think at least half of the people from Craigslist forget they had an appointment. Of the half that show up, seems they did not read the ad and it is not what they are looking for/or qualify.

The ones that respond with "are you sure" or "why are you selling it so cheap" etc are usually scams looking for you to respond so they have your email addr, at least in my experience.
