Oh Gee... I can think of lots of reason why I should get the package!
#1 I have a third coop and run empty ... ready for some chickens! My handy-man just finished making it predator proof for me
#2 my 8 adorable adopted/foster children have been begging for some ducks... so why not?? Ducks would be fun and definitely spoiled. I surely wouldn't eat them!
#3 My family's going back to the basics. We NEED an instant barnyard! We're growing our own garden, raising our own food, and teaching the children as we go. They're learning responsibility and team work... they're also watching less TV and spending more time outdoors! Yeah!!

um, just went out to check for eggs and what did i find?
a freshly laid Bourbon Turkey egg, still hot! ooooooh! now i am getting really excited! yeah!

I'd be thrilled to give them a try! I don't have a good reason, my past incubation attempts have been fruitless, but the kids and I would love to give it a try again.

1. Because I have 3 Broody hens that are crying for eggs
2. Because my DH needs someone/something else to grip about. My bators are clean and put away and I wanted to start them up and put some of my own mixed eggs in them but our electric bill is to high now and DH don't want me to hatch any of my own because we sell them.
3. Did I mention I have 3, yes 3 broody hens crying for little babies of their own.
