Here are some pictures of Bacani's Bottom. I don't know if the leghorns are pulling them or she is. The reason I think she os doing part of it. Is because I found some of her downnys in the laying nest. Any suggestions.

Here she is straight on:

I would vigorously treat your coop and housing and run for mites/lice... including the wood on the inside of the house... also treat your bird...
If it were my bird I would keep separate from the rest (just in case they are contributing to the problem)... you can also monitor her better this way) as I would be afraid that they would peck till blood showed and then it might become a massacre...
You can also give this bird a good supplement (just in case...)

Ok so I scrubbed the crap (literally) out of my coop. I scrubbed down the walls, floors, roosts, and nests all with a bleach solution. hopefully it helps and hopefully that wasn't the problem I hope it was just tha the leghorns are pickin at her...any other suggestions would help please! Thank you for your help DLHunicorn.

well, bleach is good for disinfecting but it is not going ot really get rid of the mites... does your feed store have a ready to use spray for such that is appropriate to spray on the birds??? as for the coop I use a spray that is sold (permethrin/pyrethrin based) to rid carpets in the house of fleas (note you can NOT use this spray on the birds or anywhere around them...make sure they are well away from the coop area for a few hours too... (use it when you have EVERYthing out of the coop <not one grain or piece of straw in there>make sure NO water or anything they will peck at )
