Oh no, oh no!!! Bumblefoot???

I've read a lot of references to Bumblefoot on this forum but I can't find it in my Storey's guide anywhere! Does this look like it? Either way this is really bad right?

I'm off to TFS now to see if they have any advice. Will an Epsom salt bath even work at this point? Or do I need to go straight to antibiotics? Or surgery!!?!?!?!
Oh! My poor girl! I'm so worried!!

Yes, that does look like bumblefoot. Here's a link on how to do surgery if needed. (it looks like you'll need to do surgery)
