If it is truely rumpless, it will not have a tail. Just pick it up and feel for one. (the little parson's nose)

I do feel a little protrusion at the point of her butt. That must be the parson's nose.

She sure is taking forever to get that tail in. Only a couple of tiny little feathers there.
