OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Oh man, I can't even begin to catch up! Stevens21, I'm sorry to hear about your losses -- and mlaff, that's miserable :-( Why do things like that always wait till you're exhausted to happen? Just doesn't seem fair...

Yeah, I am definitely not having them in the kitchen again this winter, lol! 50+ birds in my kitchen last winter, and it took me three days to clean out all the dust :p

I know... I keep telling myself I have to stop hatching... But you have minis to play with! So that's a good thing :) Very pretty minis, too!

Is the Delaware swap still happening?  I keep sticking eggs in the incubator, so I definitely have to get to one of them, at least :p
Thanks! Here's a picture of mouse. He's one of my show geldings.

Ok I am trying to keep calm but .... Our girls have their first egg. No one I taking credit but they all have "that look" in their eye :)

I actually just got my first egg yesterday morning, from my Pekin..

I got another, bigger, one today. My first 4 chickens are all molting, and growing their combs bright red, so I think they will begin to lay within the next few weeks.

I am looking for pekin chicken hatching eggs,or mabey a pair. They are such beautiful birds. Congrads on the eggs nobundi they are lovely!

I brought my moms black cochin down to breed with my white female. Which they did about 2 days ago. Today the rooster went into a laying box and adjusted all the hay to make a nice nest for her. He is such a good rooster very romantic. He is guarding her now while she lays
