I was looking up Pekin chicken and it seems that the general census is they are called bantam Cochin in the US and Pekin in the UK. If that's case then I've got one mille fluer pullet here but no cockerel to go with her. Maybe you can educate me if I'm wrong?

Yea minihorse927 you are right. I had a brain fart and did not put 2 and 2 togeather lol. Why is it so hard to find pekin chickens and why do they look so similar to cochin's? Because they are the same lol. I am super interested in your pullet though if you want to part with her?

O was trying to look at them on feather site and the only difference i can see is the penedesenca appear lighter in color than the welsummers. Wish i could be more help!

I'm giving one last try for this year and have one egg left from a mille Cochin breeder that is developing so I'm PRAYING it hatches and is a roo!

That's a tricky combination. If you know it's meant to be 4 Wel and 3 Pens, I'd say your sorting is spot on. So cute!!
