i wish you would have, i need the space LOL. i did get rid of most of the large fowl, and about 35 more bantams - problem is, more bantams hatching right now, more large fowl in the next day or so. i did skip a week on setting eggs so i wouldn't end up with to many.

Took this tonight and thought I'd share for funsies. This is one of my darling little bantam chicks from loveourbirds. Adore these little guys, Brian!
This one fell asleep on my hand when I was hanging out with them..not sick or dead lol.

Awwww, look at the feathered legs! What is it? I'm a sucker for feathered legs and fuzzy faces. Must be why Iike the favorelles, d'uccle, and the ameracaunas(plus the blue eggs)!

That's a good question lol. I believe Brian would be more knowledgable to answer that than me. Appearance-wise, it looks like a mottled Cochin to me, but I think this is the one pointed out as possibly being a gorgeous cross. I'm paddling that boat, too! Gotta love fuzzy legs and faces!

its a chick! im pretty sure I got that part right. lol. I have a hard time when looking at the bellies, but I would guess mottled cochin, it could be a millie fleure that is upside down too.

looks like blue splash or blue mottled cochin; im going to lean more towards blue splash, knowing how each of them lay.

Either way, yay! I hoped at least a couple of them were Cochins. Looks so far like I grabbed a whole rainbow of silkie. Which is awesome, too.
