OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

It's been a rough last few days. I came out today to see two more litte ones dead. I don't know what keeps doing this but it's very discouraging I should have chicks coming on Tuesday at this rate I am going to keep them in a box through winter! Tired of losing so many

Is there any visible signs of injury? Tiny little bite marks? I've had this problem before and it was rats.

you dont have a chicken hawk do you?

are heads removed or anything missing? or just dead?

Last night the one over the rooster had marks on her back

I didn't look close to the other one and haven't had my dh look at the two. A month ago I had 22 chicks 2 months 3 months old I have found 7 bodies there are 4missing leaving me with 11 from that group

The two today had no bite marks but broken necks and one had rib no other signs of anything else though
