Anyone need some barn kittens? All black, be great for Halloween! LOL If anyone is willing to give them a home we can bring them to the Delaware swap. They are 14 weeks or so and very tame (helps to have a 4-year-old daughter for that purpose) and Mom is teaching them to hunt well. Always been outside.

Too cute!! If I didn't have my little devil I'd take one. My neighbor found her in his barn and I bottle fed her for 3 weeks. She is the meanest little thing.

Got my sampler pack and dying to put it in the incubator with my 5 silkie eggs that the daddy is my pretty paint roo.

Swap chickies started hatching today....so far, one black showgirl, one odd colored silkie (my young roo....hmmmm). This is the gang that endured the power fail, so I'm thrilled to see the activity! Praying for more to be out when I get home!

Oh, that's so wonderful! I'd have been crying if I'd lost power like that. I should've set more eggs, darn it -- I'm not going to have that many chicks to bring!

Hi all! I just joined. I'm near Delaware, so I'm hoping I can come browse. No chickens (or coop) yet, but I want to learn all I can before I start with chickens.

Yeah, I want to get a few faverolles sometime so I can have some more pinkish eggs in the basket. The basques occasionally give me a cople that are kind of a tawny pink-tan, at least Glad to hear about the air cells -- I was worried about those two extra SFHs...
