OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Hey chickadee! :D But if they did, you'd have an excuse to pick up a few new chickydoos.
;) :jumpy ;)

Lol I am picking up 21 at Meyer hatchery tomorrow! Can't wait! Of course you never know they might accidentally put a rooster instead of a pullet in there ;)

Ooh yay! Assorted variety? We'll need pics! Yeah, I'd count on at least one little roo tossed in there.

It is state law to purchase 6 birds but there its bring that says you can't mix & match ducks and chickens. That guy needs to go re watch his training. Sorry TSC treated you that way shay. We've got TT here if you want some!

Thanks Mandy! It was probably meant to be that I missed them anyways since I practically have birds coming out my ears lol. Just so hard to resist those fluffy little nuggets when you walk past them! ..I may get back to you on that sometime.

Shay,i have a snowy call hen here for you btw. I'll hang on to her until whenever you can come and get her.

Hey everyone! I've been on a winter hiatus but I'll be around more from now on. I've for some exciting news to share but I'll do it later. I'm glad to see some new faces and some old still.

Awwww, look at all the babies! I ordered 15ancona ducklings and 5 black Swedish and 5 blue Swedish ducklings for April 21. Excited to get some more anconas as last years hatches turned out 3 drake and 1 hen. I'll be back later to catch up!

Mandy good to hear from you! Was wondering how everyone has been!

Oh I'm so excited getting them in the morning! I ordered

5 barred rocks
5 golden buffs
5 easter eggers
3 olive eggers
3 speckled sussex

It's been a very long winter here chickadee. I'm trying to replace some roosters and hens i lost this past winter and it's been a hard search.

Totally agree with the long, hard winter! I've lost three, one egg-bound, one to age (I believe--no outward signs, quick demise), and one little MF D'Uccle to the Polar Vortex-despite moving the little 'un's into the horse barn in the jumbo brooder with straw deep bedding...And two more of my senior's are looking like they will need to be euthanized/culled/killed due to health issues. Guess it comes when the flock ages a bit combined with the hard winter.

I'm looking for specific breeds such as black Wyandotte hens, crested cream leg bars roo and 2hens(think I found these, need to call), rhodebar pullets (may need a roo too), breeder/sq black ameraucana roo.
