We got out first egg today

One of our pullets laid her first egg today but it has no shell! I think it was either one of the buff orpingtons or Rhode Island reds.

Shell-less eggs are common in the first week or 2 that a pullet lays. It's just their body figuring out the process & working out the kinks.
