Currently searching for nicely marked quality Speckled Sussex hen - not necessarily show quality

I'll be there all weekend. Got the room reserved and my flock tested. Just not sure if I want to enter this show. It will be the first time for me and I have no idea what I'm doing yet! May just watch and hopefully learn for the next round.

I just sent my entry form in with payment. Have never showed before. So this is my first time showing. Have no clue what to expect or even what I am doing lol.... But I guess I have to learn sooner or later. I am excited to go. I will have my whole family with me. They are all excited to go.

I am just showing some silkies, I picked out my favs and the one's I thought could have a chance. Plus I am limited on space for the chickens in my vehicle.

I have blue & black silkie chicks available if anyone is interested. They are 5-6 weeks old and 6-8 weeks old. Plus I have started pairs. I also have a pair of Non-bearded silkies. I have no clue how I got them since my flock is bearded. So I am guessing some carry the non bearded gene. Not sure how that works.

Pm me if interested in any of the started silkies. I can bring them to the nationals.

Just booked a few rooms.My girlfriend and her kids are coming too. SO EXCITED... this will be my first show ( other than 4-H) I would love to get a BLRW and looking for some nice banty cochins..Cant wait to go... do you all get together while your there?

I'm going again this year

Just bought the airline tickets and we already have rooms up by Fremont, OH (I drive down for the day) I went last year while visiting family, had so much fun that I'm going again this year and taking my daughter. I'm a Buckeye born and bred so this is just another wonderful excuse for me to go back home
