Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeck Yeah!!

What - no cowboy troy fans???

That thing doesnt deserve the name Cowboy.

I actually like Cowboy Troy, and Big and Rich.......

I love Trace Adkins' songs. I am one of the first to get his cd's when they come out. I like the newer country, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Montgomery Gentry, etc., but still like the older country from George Strait, Alan Jackson, Reba, etc.

One of our local radio stations has an all request show on Mondays, and a lot of people request the older country songs. Get kind of tired listening to the same music all the time. It sure is a nice change of pace and usually brings back memories from the "old" days.

okay Stevie, you're going to raise your eyebrows, but I went to school with Lynn "Rose Garden" Anderson .. one of the early crossover country-pop artists ... and she is STILL recording ...

*AH HA!! Just what I need-- country fans who are also bird fans --or vice versa. LONG time ago, there was a song about a funny song about a 29 dollar duck--- ANY IDEAS on who did the song???

nope, Lynn lives in Taos NM ... keeps company with Mentor Williams ...

still remembers when both she and I were told NOT to sing out by our high school chorus teacher ... who said Lynn's voice "didn't blend" and who tore her hair out because my nice soprano voice was downshifting towards tenor ... she made me lip-synch, threatened to push me off the choir risers if I tried to sing ...

never mind ... I'm a square dance caller now and can sing if I want to !

eclectic mix from "Ring of Fire" to "Bye Bye Blackbird" to "Something 'Bout You Baby I Like" to "There I've Said It Again" to "The Unicorn Song"

LOL, I guess I'm more country rather than redneck. I don't know...too many people wear the dirty old farm clothes, the ratty old hats, and talk like they have no education past the second grade around here! I love my one friend to death, but he dresses very much like that! I'd rather see him in a nice western shirt, cowboy boots, a duster, and cowboy hat!

He's smokin' when he dresses for the horse shows! LOL.

Larry the Cable Guy is who I was thinking of...he makes me angry.

Ok I follow you now. Other than working on the farm (because the cows don't care how I look), or working construction (because clothes are too expensive to buy nice ones for working in a trench, this is how I dress "redneck":
