Last night my sister's teenage daughter puts her feet in her mom's foot spa and turns it on....my sister walks by and says...you have to fill it up with warm water first.

ETA - foot spas must be a useless item. I see TONS of them at the Goodwill every time I go. they've got their own SECTION!!
