In my eyes a "EE" should have a parent or a grandparent being a Araucana or Ameraucana.

ME, TOOOOOOOO!!!!! Did you see my thread where people kept insisting my mystery bird was an EE? So annoying, really. White legs, single comb, no beard.... Exactly what about that says EE to anyone?
 
Maybe they thing EE means Extraordinary Egglayer? Drives me nuts, too, for example, "any bird with green legs is an EE." To me an F1 cross to an ameraucana or araucana is an ameraucanaX or araucanaX and preferably naming the other breed as well, F2s are when you start getting into EEs.
