Your litho is in fairly good condition - although there are some condition issues with foxing, color fade, and wrinkles in the paper itself from what I can see. If you have this backed on either cardboard or wood (the reverse isnt shown so I dont know) you need to remov it IMMEDIATELY and remount it on Acid Free Foam Core that will not harm the print further.

I'd say in this condition, if it has its original frame, its worth between $75.00 - $125.00. If its not the original frame, you can cut the value down by 1/4 to 1/2.

I collect prints and lithos as well as many other antique hand colored photographs (Wallace Nutting, Fred Thompson, etc) and have for the past 16 years or so. It looks like a period frame (I collect those too) that is gold gilded, but I'd really have to see better pictures of it in its entirety, front back, sides, etc, to be able to tell you. Its very hard to date something without seeing it in person, I'd have to look at the rabbit, mouldings, how its pegged (if there are any), etc.

You can also contact The Philadephia Print Shop http://www.philaprintshop.com/ as they specialize in emphemra

or

Alan Fausel
Vice President Director of Fine Arts
Bonhams

Either should be able to help you - however I'd call Alan first. He did an appraisal for us 2 years ago on a Landseer painting we had (done in the manner of) and did it all through email (for free).

He's a very nice man and is the most knowledgeable when it comes to fine art. If he cant help you (due to it being a litho/print) - your next call should be to The Philadelphia Print Shop (both gentleman are also very nice and extremely well versed in antiquities - trust me

Hope this helps you!
