Used to do a lot of pre-euro too, but not for a long time. Good thing my youngest daughter learned to make fry bread from me though, cause I made it 3 times in like 18 years and I have to say, when you don't use it you lose it. Maybe if I fried more things I could get it back, but I'm think or all the weight through trial and error. LOL

ohh...fry bread. I miss it. Living in New Mexico it was everywhere, you could even get a boxed mix. I havnt seen it here in Texas, maybe I should try and make it from scratch...cant be that hard right?
