Yesterday was the official first day of our house being listed on the market, by 8pm our realtor called to say there was someone wanting to see the house... at that time
because that was when we were getting the lil ones in bed we opted for a showing for the next day..
Oh my word... I got up normal time but instead of just lolly gagging around I was up and at em painting, fixing and cleaning... the house showed at 1:45(was supposed to be 2pm)
The agent of the prospective buyers called our agent with a what do you think about this offer... they buy the house as is, Offer us X amount, pay their own closing and allow us to close around the date we will be needing to leave here...
So we are "verbally" doing a counter to see if they would be willing to work with us on a few things... Not to much mind you .. just the stuff that allows us to walk away with out having to pay to much of our own closing costs ect...
If they accept then the realtors are going to do the legal paper work n we will be moving along ... So Lord willing if this works out and is legit we may see our house under contract in the next few days... and close some time around the 17th of Oct which is around the time we are planning on saying GOOD BYE OKLAHOMA(give or take a few days of course)
So this is where we are at this time.. just still busy.. but because anything can happen as real estate can be finicky business still going to work hard on getting the place picked up and shining...
Which reminds me... is there anyone here who would like to buy a horse or two... our horses are back up on the market... just asking $100 each or $150 for both.. we currently have 2 round bales still left for them to eat on, but DD is concerned that we wont find them a good reliable home.. I dont blame her.. So if you or someone you know are interested please let me know.. they are both Quarter Horse X's... Sterling is Cremelo in colouring and he has not had a coggins test... he is broke to lead rope, but not to ride.. both him and Durango (she is just starting to be broke to the lead rope)are 2 years old... If bought together they will come with both Round Bales... if sold seperatly then both Round Bales stay with the remaining horse on the property until that one finds a home... I have pics if anyone is interested...
I hope you all are having a good evening.. I am BEAT
