She is the over the Poultry barn again this year.
She started receiving entries last evening and so far (noon today) there are over 225 entries. Last year we had over 400 so we will see if the heat affected any of the locals.
She is also judging the bantam class and she will start that around 6pm tonight so this will be a very long day for Grace. She had to be at the barn at 8am and she probably won't complete the judging/ribbon hanging and paperwork until around 1-2am.

There's chicken shows at the OKC fair that starts next week, isn't there? I've never paid much attention before because I didn't have chickens I was in love with. But if they have them I'm watching this year!

Oh crud. Yea, I do remember seeing them in portable runs. I didn't know they don't have chicken shows, that's too bad. I remember standing forever and watching babies hatching in the huge incubator they've got.
