Joe sounds like everyone is getting anxious to go to the meet/swap. I still don't know yet if we are comming or not,maybe the boss will let me know tonight. Sure would be nice to see everyone again. If I come I may have to chase you down for those phoniex bnatams!lol. I got a beautiful quad last weekend of the BBR phoniex bantams. I'll share eggs with you next spring.

I dehydrate garlic clove slices and then run them thru a coffee bean grinder. Same with onions. makes my own garlic and onion powder.
Other fruits and veggies that dehydrate well are Bell peppers, tomatoe, mushrooms, fruit slices like banana, pear, apple, pineapple, apricots.
