I replied with everything, Cutler is often 3-5 days on numbered spirals, thats what I like to use. you can find them just about everywhere..​

Sooner - Thanks for the info for the store in Muskogee. Turns out they don't carry the vaccine I need, so I ordered online. Guess my does will just have to wait a bit before going to Tahlequah.

Tonight for dinner-- either beef & broccoli or stir fry, going to let the kids pick. Will be served with egg drop soup & rice.

Tomorrow is roasted chicken, after that I guess we go hungry, because my mind went blank.

Need some new ideas for leftover chicken. I usually roast 2 at a time, and make a plan for the leftovers. This wk I have no plan!

I make chicken enchiladas or chicken lasagna (the spell checker says that's okay. Is it?) with left over chicken. You could also shred it, add a little bar-b-que sauce, and heat it in a crock pot for sandwiches. Chicken salad with grapes and walnuts is another favorite.

We do sour cream chicken enchiladas. I usually do a double batch & freeze the extra, also do some BBQ-- but isn't a family favorite. I even like BBQ on my baked potatoes..... Yum. I also throw chicken in pot pie, pastas & soups, quesadillas & I have a few casserole recipes that I throw leftover chicken in.

Never done chicken lasagna, do you use it in place of beef in traditional lasagna or in a white Alfredo lasagna?

My sister is making chicken spaghetti tonight. Chicken, noodles, rotel& velveta. Never tried that myself.

We had manicotti and garlic bread, preceded by fresh sallad. Now I also have lunch for tomorrow.

My husband just made the BEST meatloaf and mashed potatoes. My favorite.
