***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Well, I'm sad to report that the little spraddle legged chick didn't make it. I think it may have had other problems besides that, but no way to know for sure.

Yay for the spell checker on here, but it tells me that spraddle isn't a word. Oh well...

Sorry for your loss, and the use of Spraddle, but Yeah for the spell check!!!!!

Sure are a lot of changes on here! Hope I can figure them all out. At least we don't seem to have lost anyone.
Its been a spring day here! I planted a bunch of tuplips. Thats about all I did. The roofing finally caught up with me,I'm so sore I can hardly move. Now the bruise under the scab on on my leg is really hurting. Getting old sucks!
Let the icelandics out for a breif time today. They were more interested in roaming than scratching so I put them back up and let some bantams out. They made good use of it and enjoyed bugs and green grass.
Now they are calling for winter weather advisory here tomorrow! I kind of wish winter would come on get it over with. I have daffiodils two inches tall!

Matt, that little spangled girl is the sweetest little thing. I love that color, reminds me of my Orloffs. Modern Bantams don't come in that color, do they?

Ya, i do love their attitudes. No, spangled is not a recognized variety in modern bantams. I had considered making some but there is not much market for them around here.

Here's Channing's new digs, his $3 auction cage. He's very proud of it and feels quite privileged. I love this little guy.
Man, it got COLD the past few hours. I'm with Okla-I wish winter would hurry up and get here and go on it's way so I can get to building pens.

I can't imagine why there wouldn't be a market. It looks so good on the OE's.I've never seen a spangled girl with as many spangles as yours.
