Same here, it runs a little slower on my computer and the one at work, but no real problems.

try going into internet prefs in your browser and turn off animations, also see if you are a gf member, turn off ads, that may help....

Long time no see. I know what you mean about not being able to change number of posts. I still cannot access BYC on my Iphone.
Also I saw Jerry at the auction Saturday and he said there would not be an auction on the 25th in Blanchard.

POOPS
Just a litle more info On the People of Oklahoma Poultry Swap.
It will be a few more days before we get the official approval for the site for POOPS.
MAY 5th, (Cinco de Mayo) is the tenative date and as soon as I get the final word from the Park board I will let everyone know.
In the past we have been reluctant to announce many details before having things in place,
however I would like to go ahead and mention a few things we will need.
I am working a plan for tables and chairs but please plan on bringing extra chairs if you have them.
We are not planning on having an auction this time around, so the basic plan is for it to be an old fashion swap and sell.
We will be having the annual prize raffle so be thinking of things that you can offer in this regard. It has always been a huge success due to everyone's willingness to participate, Both in donating things and for buying the raffle tickets.
I will have more details as we get closer but until everything is finalized I can't offer an exact plan on some of the other stuff.
The pavilion we will be using is large but it is open on the sides so we may need some tarps for a windbreak if it becomes necessary.
I truly appreciate everyone that has offered to help. I will let you know where to plug in as we get closer.
If anyone has any ideas for things we can do that day please let me know. I hope to have some of our folks share some of their ideas and expertise in having chickens, gardening, keeping bees, etc.
In the past we have had people set up stations for people to visit and ask questions. This time around I would like to have some time scheduled for everyone to be settled in one place and to then have some of our folks share their knowledge and then have a short question and answer session after each.
Like I mentioned, I am gonna ask a few different folks to share ideas about certain things, but please,if anyone has an area they would like to talk about, please let me know.
We don't want this to be an all day time consumer, but it will be a good organized way to get everyone talking and asking questions.
There will be more info coming as we target POOPs Number 5.

Hi Okies! I am still catching up - enjoy looking at everyone's photos, and it sounds like lots of people have building plans - good deal! I still have trouble getting around on the new BYC site too...
Lynn I think it is awesome that mom will let him take the chicks! My sister won't let her kids have any chickens. They beg & plead. I have offered to even buy a cage set up for a serama she still says no!
Sorry sooner about the lack of an auction-- there is always Mary's if the weather is nice.
Muesky--- I use taptotalk for 95% of my ByC-- works great-- only thing the other day I couldn't figure out how to do a Pm on BYC-- I can Pm on other forums, but this was giving me problems when using the app.

Monty, do you use Chrome browser (Chromium and Sw Iron are identical)? It has an ad block that's awesome. You can block whatever ads you want on any page. It speeded up BYC for me a ton.
I seldom even bother when I'm on my iPad, it sucks so bad. Tappatalk works but you can't open in multiple tabs and you can't multi-quote.
I came in for a minute to rest and hydrate and saw your post, it reminded me I was going to get pics of my progress, so thanks, when I go out I'll take the camera and start documenting. I forgot to get a pic of the bare ground before anything was done, but I'm not undoing for that.
