I had 17 black copper marans hatch yesterday but I had 9 wyndott eggs in there as well and not 1 hatched I wonder why. I set them at the same time in the same incubator. Mysterious .

here are the boys- one has more brown than the other- will get better pics next time i bring them in... or when it cools tonite... they are awesome birds!

OK NanaKat as promised here is Silver Blue... You can imagine this color in either Dotte or Cochin This is what that beautifull boy is going to look like..

Which length is the best to get? Thank you for this link! I'm going to order some this week. I'm not sure what length I should get though. Just measured my arms and they're 23" long-does that make a difference?

I need at least 20 feet.

Scared to death of snakes. I have hardware cloth on my pens. Never had one get in with that stuff on. It is a little pricey but worth it.

Ok can someone tell me how to download a picture from my email file to this forum, is it like mefords told me to do by using the pic on top of the reply screen, but how do I do it from there from my email file??? sorry for the trouble, Lynn

Well I figured out how to load from my computer Documents, now to try from a email file!!! Hey Monty what do you think of this pair of Spaingled Toppy Game fowl?!?! Recognize the hen??? She is laying great, home she goes broody soon or I am moving some eggs to another broody from here, Thanks, I love her and she is exactly the color of my Rooster!!! Lynn

Really close to having the coop expansion finished now. all we have left to do is make the latch for the door then the ladies and fella can move in tonight. It has lots more nesting room an a bigger run. It hooks into the origanal coop. all we have to do is cut down one fence and its all thers. Bad news is we found pearl dead this morning. Sianna is still at her friends house i dredding having to tell her when she gets home. She would sit and pet pearl and talk to her. ugh have no idea what happend to her. She was fine last night. guess thats how it goes some days.
