I wouldn't chance it. The bacteria on the feathers and feet could be a problem even if you sealed the uncleaned carcas in a bag. Do the deed, hang to drain, scald and clean the body properly and then refridgerate it. It's a whole lot facter to skin the bird when your eviserate (gut) it.
