***OKIES in the BYC III ***

They are for showing or for pets or for eating. Good all around little chickens. They would make nice little single size chicken dish. I plan on showing these guys though. All those that dont make the grade will be cornish hen served on glass. (or plastic)

Edited to add that his neck is big, too.

A good looking Cornish is what he is. I don't know about his colors but he definitely has some decent meat bird qualities.

He is a red lace cornish bantam. I have a quad of these little bowling ball built birds and love them. I have about 30 eggs in the incubator so far from them, hope to get lots raised. Very nice quality birds I picked up at poops.​

So how is that new Bator working? I'm anxious for you to try it out.

I have it about full of eggs. I will candle about 80 of them tomorrow or next day to see how they are doing. Holds good constant heat. I like it. The shelves are a little tight to slide out, should have been a hair narrower, with humidity they must have swollen. But other than that no complaints.
