***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I volunteer as tribute to buy your Wheaten AMs when you sell

I have 1 roo, 2 hens and 2 pullets; so pretty, but I think I am going to like Coronation Sussex more - more layed back and super friendly (like Cochins). I would keep both breeds but I know about 50 birds is what I can care for comfortably with my school schedule.

I haven't noticed any. I'll check tomorrow. Wonder what would be good for "lotion"?
I just adore her. She is in a pen with DH's Buff Cochin pair. The 3 of them raised some nice EEs this year. That little roo was $1.25. He has been with his weight in gold.

I've always had AMs since I started with chickens years back in Texas so they have been my thing :) I have a lav trio I'm working on and I have some EEs with unique coloration that I may work on as a project. And I'm in the process of building yet another pen so when or if you decide to sell
Id be excited to get some wheatens in! I love their color.

Up and around, feeding hungry beaks and trying to remember what I was supposed to take with me.

Tahlequah ho!

I've just finished feeding the cats and dogs. All the chickens were fed and watered before that. I've got propane, a camp stove, a camp kettle to heat water, some water, and a lighter. I'm also packing my favorite chicken mug. I may stop by the grocery store and pick up a can of whipped cream. It's sounding good to me right now.

Capons are ready to go. Pullets are ready to go. Now I need to shower so that I can be ready to go. Hope to see a lot of nice chicken folks in Tahlequah today. The weather should be nice, and the birds are always beautiful.

P.S. I have a metal table to set the camp stove on. We'll be able to put our bowls and mugs on a real table today instead of trying to juggle everything : )

Thanks and lol, wish i could find a better pic of her but she is kind of shy i got her from an auction for my daughter she named her peach.

She's just an Easter Egger, you could say wheaten influence if you want but most EEs aren't a specific color as they are a mixed breed. She's gorgeous though!
