That, as well as TLK, TLK 2, Bambi, and a few others, have been my inspiration! I'll try what you told me.
Have you ever checked out this site there are a lot of good artistes there and some do commissions on there and some give tips on drawing.

I'll take OBrian, Leah and her girls if no one else can get them.

Does anyone have experience with 'angel wing' in chicks? There is plenty of info about it for waterfowl, it is when their wing ends (the hand part) sticks out a bit or is held loose. On the ducks an geese, they use vet tape to wrap the wings shut an in place for awhile. I tried doing that to the chicks and it was pretty bad.... think straight jacket with one leg tied up... that is about how they felt - just fell over and prepared to die. They couldn't roll over and get their balance back. So I took the vet tape off an looked more but found near nothing regardin methods of treating (in chicks) or end results with or without treatment.

they have always been together, best buds

I just wanted to say I think that's the sweetest thing.

I seem to be collecting silkie roosters... I bought 4 chicks, 3 are roosters and I sadly can't keep a single one. I rehomed 2 but now have the pair and they're absolute best friends so I'll probably rehome them together. Which means I'll have zero silkie girls! Just a little frustrating. I have 5 sizzles and it's looking like 2 are pullets. (The two I paid extra for because they were older and the breeder felt they were likely girls) Seriously what kind of luck??? My husband surprised us with an unsexed baby duck and it just happened to be a girl. I think I need to let him pick out chicks next. My totals: 7 chicks, 1 pullet.

Wings, if you hold them and mess with them a bit, you can pput them back into the brooder and they will look normal, but then given them some time - and they are back to poor form. I'll post a shot.
