***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Good morning!

Well, Trying to break Doc back into the Auction this weekend. Its been a year.... We will spend most of the day hauling things to the barn
for tomorrows sale.

If anyone is looking for an auction tomorrow, we will be at Cement @ 5pm. We will be serving Pot Luck Hamburgers and Hotdogs.
I will be providing Hamburgers and Hotdogs, Condiments, Tea and lemonade.

We will have some fans there for the birds. We will have the 2 big swamp coolers going. Last sale it was very nice inside. Come in from the heat and enjoy the cool.

For anyone interested, we are fortunate enough to have bought a home in a whole subdivision built with geothermal heatpump units. They are GREAT! The energy efficiency is quite good. Our heat and total electric home all run on the same bill which costs less than $90.00/mo. (OG&E averaging). It is a true savings to have geothermal! Our home is 1,200 sq.ft. Also, the hot water heater rarely runs as the heat pump pre-heats the water in it. My heart goes out to those on close budgets in this unholy heat wave. We pray for everyone to be safe, comfortable and protected, and for our beloved creatures to have stamina to survive the heat wave.

You could always go for the Gin & Sonic or the famous Vodka Sonic - lovely summer adult beverages made from Sonic Cherry Limeade and gin or vodka. That's what I've heard, anyway...

Personally, I like the chocolate rum and coke.
