I'm not sure how old. It was a young chick at Poops and it still has yellow fuzz on its face

What I have done in the past is use the vertical nipple in the bottom of a bucket. I've also used inverted juice bottles, etc. What my plan is to account for a momma hen and her babies is--remove one of the nipples. Use a water quality hose (long enough to drop it down to chick level), put a nipple in one end, put the other end on a screw-in adapter, put the adapter where the nipple was originally, seal, etc. if needed. I'll be able to change the length just by switching out the hose. It'll work (at least until it freezes), I just have to get it done. Lol
I use hemp rope and make a hanging harness that I can raise or lower by tying the length of rope shorter or longer. Works great with the curvy 2 liter dr. Pepper bottles. My chick waterers are converted juice bottles. I just build adjustable length wire harnesses.
Daddy is NN. Mommy is a standard Cornish. I looked at the chicks I didn't sell, and yours does not have as much redness in the comb as two that I still have. Can you get some clear, close-up photos of the saddle area?
Anyone want to guess if my NN chick I got from Poco Pollo at Poops is a boy or girl?? I just love it's coloring and gorgeous NN and bow tie (pictures were taken in my grooming shop)

I am sure this question has been answered several times, but if I breed a Blue Cochin Rooster to Black Cochin Hens, will I get 50% Black and 50% Blue?
