***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I like to cube or cut strips of the breast, marinate in an Italian dressing for 4-6 hrs wrap in bacon then grill. It works well with goose too.

u Hi I like to cut the breast in half inch strips stuffed with cream cheese and wrap with bacon and grill wonderful.

Mmm, thanks for the ideas! Thought about a marinade but wasn't sure what to use. We don't keep alcohol in the house which I know is a popular choice. Italian dressing does sound good, as does the cream cheese stuffing! @TipihlowLadies how do you keep the bacon wrapped around it? Toothpicks?

Oh we had a blast today, my son's birthday party got cancelled earlier this month because we all came down with a stomach bug, so I told him over fall break he could have a friend over. We did science experiments (dry ice, mentos and pop, etc) and followed it up with root beer floats. Fun!

Just figured I'd say Hi to everyone here in Oklahoma I live in Garvin county and don't know a whole lot of people in Oklahoma that have chickens (even though I've been raising chickens for 10 yrs) I raise American games and have raised bantams and regular chickens as well I plan to get back into those as well next spring after I get some pens up! Hope everyone enjoyed this wonderful day!
